I met Dan randomly a little over a year ago when inquiring about a home for sale. I was new to the area and had no info on any realtors. He worked consistently throughout the coming year--had a couple interactions with other realtors--but kept coming back to him. I much appreciated his listening to my needs & wants and not being pushy. He has a lot of knowledge, resources and an integrity that I greatly admire. Finally settled on a home and am very glad I stuck with him (or he with me). Highly recommend him :)
