Dan was extremely helpful in my first homebuying purchase. He knows the Madison area extremely well and his experience as an engineer was super helpful in determining potential structural issues with homes we looked at. He always responded to emails quickly to answer all of my questions and really made me feel 100% comfortable through the entire process.
