And he did so cheerfully... even though he knew that I was already familiar with buying and selling real estate.

He made himself available to me at all times; he promptly investigated and answered my questions; and he ushered me step-by-step through the process of finding and buying a home. Never did I question whether or not Dan had my best interests at heart. I knew that he did.

Dan’s advice and guidance were invaluable. Without them, I likely would not own the home that I now do. When my first application for a mortgage was rejected, Dan located a lender who would work with me. And when the sellers became difficult, Dan handled them with grace and patience, all the while shielding me from the challenges of the situation. He was a consummate professional. More than that, he was a Godsend.

In my opinion, Dan Breunig is one of the best realtors in Madison. He invests an unparalleled amount of energy and time in his clients, thus ensuring that they achieve the best results possible with minimal trouble and stress. I cannot speak highly enough of Dan, nor can I adequately express my gratitude for all that he did for me. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, you need to consider hiring Dan. He did not disappoint me. He will not disappoint you.
