Dan, Superior Realtor! They do not come any better. He is excellent, this was a long distance purchase and multiple person transaction purchase (& myself selling a home). Dan is beyond a normal realtor. He is knowledgeable as a structural engineer. Was able to find a home for my family, safe, an with only photos and descriptions. Excellent communication skills. He is on the ball, does not miss a beat. I personally give him an A+, being an employer of over 200, he would be my to go to guy. Also very financially sound judgement. I relied heavily on him and was not at all disappointed.
