We were so lucky to find him and have his expertise with us as we were looking for our new home. Dan listened to everything we had to say, could understand what we really wanted and showed us homes that he knew we'd be interested in, never wasting our time. Dan's previous experience in engineering allows him to provide valuable insight into the construction of a home, and he is not afraid to tell you the truth! He wants you to find the perfect house, and not get stuck with a major project full of surprises. Dan also is an expert when it comes time for the offer and paperwork. Normally I find that part so overwhelming, but Dan made everything so clear and easy for us to understand. We felt like we were never left out during process to "just make it easier". And to take it one step further, when we were struggling with getting our selling realtors in Nashville to complete their tasks to make sure our purchase in Wisconsin went off without a hitch, Dan saw the problem and stepped in. We were so frustrated, but Dan was able to come in and just make everything better for us by getting everyone on the same page. Did he have to do that? No, but he did because he goes the extra mile for his clients. There is no better realtor in the Madison area!
