As your owner representative and trusted steward, we will first seek to understand any maintenance or repair issue from your point of view, and then help to make a recommendation of how to prudently proceed. If a needed repair is best performed by a 3rd-party, we will coordinate and ensure the repair is completed cleanly, expertly, and with minimal disruption to your home. We will:
- Schedule and supervise service providers on your behalf
- Oversee deliveries, installations and repairs
- Coordinate with snow removal, lawn maintenance, pool maintenance and other service specialists
24/7 Emergency Services
- On-call support available day or night, all year-round

Dan is the owner and lead Property Manager for Four Lake Real Estate. In addition to having over ten years of property management and real estate brokerage experience, Dan is a licensed Professional Engineer with a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Thanks to this dual background in real estate and engineering, Dan has a unique combination of strengths that provide clients the benefits of praciticality, wisdom, and dilligence.
Dan personally owns and maintains a portfolio of 30+ residential and commercial real estate units, and offers an owner's mentality for any property under management. Clients benefit from his personal experience with a wide variety of property management issues, as well as his well-informed and balanced approach to anything real-estate related.
Dan was born and raised just north of Madison in Sauk Prairie, WI. Dan went to college at UW-Madison, where he met his wife Therese. Dan and Therese have been married for 15 years and have five wonderful children.
