Everything I read in Dan's bio is true. He is hardworking, diligent, and trustworthy. He certainly does enjoy & understand the transaction process of buying a home.
Dan and I have connected on a few occasions, to discuss properties I was interested in purchasing. Regrettably, none of them worked out. But Dan was also there to offer help & advice. His response to my calls were always immediate. On 1 occasion, after an impulsive last minute call, Dan agreed to meet at local restaurant to discuss a nearby rehab property I was interested in purchasing & renting. He offered insight on #s, aspects to financing, and other information I was not aware of at the time. He also directed me to other resources, so I could educate myself in the areas I was lacking. Following our meeting, we walked to check out the property together.
I would highly recommend Dan to any potential buyer or seller. Besides his drive to make you happy, his added knowledge as a structural engineer brings something more to the table, and (from my point-of-view) something you'll rarely find in another realtor.
I will continue to contact Dan for every possible purchase of real estate. I will also continue to recommend him to family & friends. I mean...I haven't found that property yet, but Dan is still there every time will to help...Where else are you going to find that?
