Short answer: Excellent! Go with Dan.
He is a consummate professional. Our home purchase process was a particularly unique and complicated one (due to our circumstances). On top of that, we also had a large international bank to deal with, which brings its own headaches.
Dan was proactive and managed this entire and extremely challenging process superbly. If it was not for him, our purchase may have fallen apart.
On the personal side, Dan is also a very friendly and helpful person who has helped me and my family during our move above and beyond what a realtor is expected to do.
